Project Overview: Uflix Streaming Service Design

Problem Identification:Uflix approached us with the challenge of overhauling their streaming platform. They were facing a drop in user engagement and subscription renewals due to an outdated interface and poor user experience.

Research Phase:We began with an extensive research phase, involving user interviews, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
